Bienvenu Project

Housing Support

The Bienvenu Project has successfully welcomed and supported 25 new families into our community in the last year.

This initiative has provided crucial resources and assistance, facilitating these families' integration and fostering their ability to form strong connections.
Our comprehensive approach has been key to helping newcomers thrive and contribute to the vibrancy of our community.

AFHHO_ARPA

ARPA Digital Divide

AFHHO's role as a recipient of Tech Kits through the American Rescue Plan Act's Digital Divide Response is crucial, as we strive to bridge the gap by providing laptops, iPads, Wi-Fi assistance, and other resources to marginalized populations, including BIPOC, seniors, LGBTQIA+ individuals, immigrants, refugees, and more.

With a commitment to serving the Black diaspora community, we aimed to empower individuals by facilitating access to technology. Through our collaboration with ARPA, we made significant strides, and have assisted 80 individuals with training and devices, as we continue to work towards a future where technological access is a fundamental right for all.
